This route provides a once-in-a-lifetime experience to visit some of the most important sights of Naxos:
The temple of Dimitra, located at Sagri, built at around 530 B.C. and is considered one of the most well preserved ancient buildings of the ancient world (and one of the few in Greece) holding more than 50% of its original building material
The Old Olive Tree (Gerontoelia in Greek) which is considered to be the most ancient olive tree in the world, with a calculated age between 5-6000 (yes thousands!) years old.
